I have yet to read a Christopher Edge book that a. I didn’t love and b. didn’t leave me perplexed in the best way possible!
Black Hole Cinema Club is another masterpiece of storytelling and adventure, whipping the reader from one action packed movie scene to another within the flip of a page.
Daring to believe they are in a 4Di experience, Lucas and his 4 friends find themselves the heroes of each movie. From a spy thriller to a jungle search for a lost city to deepest space- as the reader, your brain may take time to catch up (or perhaps that was just me!)?
It’s an incredibly cinematic experience and as you read, popcorn is essential.
My mind is often blown away by the stories Edge designs. Scientific, intellectual and thrilling- there is so much to take in. This one definitely deserves a re-read in the same way you love re-watching a favourite film.
