Last May, I read the first in this new mystery series, called Rani Reports on the Missing Millions and was immediately hooked by Rani and her brilliant Nani.

In this book, a popular movie is being filmed in the town and Nani’s hero from the movie has a starring role. Baldini is the detective in the movie and there is already drama surrounding this movie with rumours of a ghost plaguing the cast.
Rani’s instincts tell her something more is happening and as she and Nani get more and more involved, she discovers the truth- a copycat is ensuring that trouble follows the movie, using scenes from previous books featuring Baldini to frighten the cast and crew.
These mysteries are amazing and you are kept guessing throughout the book. With action, suspense and drama, it reads like a movie! Rani and her Nani are exceptional characters and get into all sorts of mischief!
With frenemy Lexi filming constantly and Rani trying to discover the truth, the pair may need to work together on this mystery. Can they put aside their rivalry for the good of the movie?
Really hoping for more from Rani and Nani!
