The Voyage of Sam Singh Blog Tour

An alternative India, characters who want more out of life and an adventure of a lifetime merge together in this middle grade story. Sam is worried about his brother and fears he has been taken to prison. His determination to seek answers is heroic and at times dangerous.

Sam is not alone in his journey, his path crosses with others, some with good intent and others with questionable intent but Sam is true to himself and follows the path he sets out.

I found myself lost in this adventure and hoping for just the right ending…was I right in my hope? You must read the book to discover what really happens to Sam and his brother.

Set in the same world as Gita Ralleigh’s book, The Destiny of Minou Moonshine, you will find yourself transported to a bold and colourful place. Both books are certainly worth reading and recommending!

Historical fantasy and magical realism are terms used to describe this story in the press release and they are perfect! It feels all too real in terms of setting, history and characters but it also has that fantastical feel to it as well.
