This is the second hilarious book about Hercules, a somewhat normal child navigating school, family and friends. The fact that his father is Zeus should make life easier but that is not always the case. He is still waiting to discover what powers or skills he may have.
When a class trip to Greece is announced, Hercules sees his chance to figure things out! Will that happen? Well, it will come along with some fun, some trouble and some epic adventures.
I think the format works as a diary style as so many children find it accessible and fun to read. I loved reading this and found it a light touch but heartwarming story.
I hope there will be more in this series as so many readers need to discover Hercules!
