Who could forget Pizza Pete in his first adventure of discovering a suitcase full of perilous potions- ones for invisibility, flight and changing into an animal. At first it was harmless allowing the public to choose a pizza topping with extra oomph…..but then it turned dangerous.
Pete and his Dad then took over an old camper van and went travelling, selling pizzas as they went. A lovely father-son summer!
Now they are back and trying to get some normal back in their lives. Dad needs to have a hip replacement leaving Pete to fend for himself for a day or two! What could possibly go wrong?
Well for starters, the potions have been stolen by their competitors, Fox Pizza and they are mass producing pizzas to be delivered by drones!
Pete, feeling braver than ever, takes on much of the dangerous work and discovers secret hiding places, terrible workplace conditions and a potentital spy amongst friends.
These books are delightful to read! Filled with a great father-son relationship and good friends. Not to mention yummy pizza!
