Skeleton in the Cupboard Blog Tour

It’s my turn on the blog tour for The Skeleton in the Cupboard! It’s a brilliant collection of stories and perfect for chilly Autumn evenings. Is there anything better than a hot drink, a set of classic and cultural stories and a comfy seat? Maybe a blanket!

This collection is translated from Latvian and features an eclectic array of characters and stories, some a bit whimsical and others more thought-provoking. I was drawn in to several stories especially The Pirate and A House with a Secret.

Promising to be a book filled with “strange little creatures” and “offering wisdom and comfort”, I loved spending time in these stories. There is some rich culture to be appreciated within the stories and this highlights our need to continue to share stories from around the world.
