I am so pleased to be part of the book tour for this new book celebrating brains and the amazing things we can do!

Using science and biology, this book aims to increase our understanding of the brain and its amazing abilities and differences. I think it’s a timely book for young readers as we hear more about neurodiversity, mindfulness and resilience.
It can be a hard concept to explain to young readers and I appreciate how this book is set out and filled with ample amounts of text and lively illustrations.

Reading more from Scott about his reasons for creating this book really highlights why it is so important for children to gain understanding about their brains and bodies. It empowers them to be true to themselves and to be honest about their abilities and talents.
It also allows children to accept differences in their friends and classmates, making for a more empathetic and positive space to learn.
