Well, what can I say! It is just as magical and wonderful as Witchspark, the first in the series!
We are back with Eglantine, Victoria, Eoin, Arthur, Hus and of course, Miss Hegotty! This incredible cast of characters are still trying to save the magical world through education, understanding and kindness but there are forces around them fighting in underhanded and horrible ways!
Lichen, Lord Ragwort and several others are up to old and new tricks in binding magic, hatching devious plans and it all involves Hus- the wonderfully sentient house that Eglantine has bonded with and lives in. Hus has been ill for some time and the symptoms are getting worse- sneezes, chills and indoor snow are making everyone miserable. Eglantine is working hard to find a cure but what she actually needs is a counter-curse!
With new friends and help from Miss Hegotty, Eglantine is prepared for anything!
