We are back with our hero, Pax as he seeks to challenge the bad guy in this exciting third instalment. Silas Leatherington is the villain in this series and he is keen to dominate! His plans grow wilder and more dangerous.
There is always something so satisfying about an epic conclusion to a great series. Pax, Samuel and Megan are all back to Scholastic Parliament for their last year and it is set to be a busy one. This trio of friends is brilliant- I really like the way they work together and the development of their friendship over the past books.
Pax will have some bold decisions to make this year and they may take their toll on him. This is an exciting book, one that will engage readers of a wide age range. It’s a great intro to dystopian fiction and will inspire readers to try more in this genre.
